As a tourist wanting something more authentic and local other than seafood pasta and pizza, this was totally satisfying.
A 9 course cuisine which consists of various cured meats, cheese, bread, pasta, suckling pig and veal, veg n fruit, coffee and alcohol. Sounds simple but traditionally made, locally grown, bread and sourced. Only problem we had was that we could only eat half of what was given as the portions where just too much. Some things I would have never ordered but glad I have tried. It was quite a positive experience and the service was excellent.
If you want to experience the authentic Sardinian cuisine, look no further. The menu is traditional and holds no surprises however the quality is excellent, the set-up is very laid back and the staff is very friendly. The price is 35€ per person for the full menu and it's worth every penny.
Positives: clean room, delicious food, polite restaurant personnel, beautiful view outside, close to beautiful beaches
Negatives: receptionists not very friendly and difficult to reach; toilet seat broken and shower easily getting clogged; limited choice for warm food at breakfast
Restaurant schedule is rather too late for my family.
Overall quite good experience, and would return if restaurant schedule was earlier, as I have a young child and it's difficult to match his sleeping schedule. I guess the schedule is normal for Italians though, so I can't complain.

Excellent food and great rooms. Their set menu is a must if you want to try genuine Sardinian cuisine: locally produced (they even sell their own products) and sourced. I've been there 3 times and never disappointed.

This place is a find. The family run kitchen and hotel is the perfect place to stay. A mere five minute drive away from turquoise beaches, and far from the rest of the tourist mob, this the place to stay on the western coast of Sardinia.
